Paul has an extensive background in both Rugby League and Rugby Union. He has an uncanny ability to put a player through his paces and determine the best position he would be suited for.

Paul coordinates most training and scouting sessions throughout NSW. Paul has an extensive network of both NFL and College coaches to link the right player with the right team.
